CHIBIS

• all commissions will be in the style and quality of the above examples
• single character: $10.00 USD flat price [open]
• couples: $20.00 USD flat price [closed]
• not doing backgrounds right now
• WIPs only upon request

• Please read my Commission TOS before commissioning me!
• One slot for one piece of art.
• Payment must be made within 72 hours. Art does not start until paid.
• Please fill out the form thoroughly if there are specifics I need to know. I cannot read your mind.
• I will provide edits if I have made a mistake on something I was given information about. 
  

General--

• When commissioning me you are agreeing to all of the terms listed here and on the commission opening page.
• I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time.
  
• Please read through everything on the page where I open commissions because it might contain separate rules for that commission type.
• If there is a certain time frame the commission needs to be completed in I NEED TO KNOW before I accept the commission.
• I will try to get the commission done in a reasonable time frame for the commission type.
• Expected time frames for commission types will be posted with the details of the commission type on the page where the commissions are opened.
• If for any reason I will not be able to finish the commission within the expected time frame I will notify you and offer a full refund or we can negotiate a new time frame.

Payment--

• payment is required upfront.
  
• I will send an invoice through PayPal that must be paid before any art is started.
  
• I DO NOT accept deviantart points as payment at this time.
  
• Payments are in USD.
  
• I DO NOT accept payment plans.
  
• If you do not pay within 72 hours I will re-open the slot you held.
• I will not reserve slots, nor do I currently have a waitlist.

Refunds--

• I will give a full refund if the art has not been started.
  
• I will give a partial refund if I have started the art but not completed it.
  
• I will NOT give a refund if the art has been completed and sent off.
  
• Please note me letting me know as soon as possible if you are needing a refund.
  
• I hold the right to issue a refund if I am no longer able to start/finish your commission.
  

Use of the Art--

• The commissioned art is for personal use only!
  
• You MAY upload the art to your personal character websites such as weebly, charahub, and touhouse as long as you give proper credit to me as the artist. ( I have an account on many sites -linked on my profile- and you may credit me with a link to any of them. on toyhouse you can just put my account name in the on-site artist credit box.)
  
• You MAY add your own watermark to the art as long when uploading it to a character site as long as you are not taking credit for making the art.
  
• You MAY print the artwork for your own use, such as hanging on your wall.
  
• You MAY NOT print the work to distribute or sell.
  
• You MAY NOT use the art to gain any kind of profit.
• IF RESELLING A CHARACTER you MAY add the price of the commission or lower (but NO HIGHER) to the price of the resell as long as it does not violate the character designer's TOS.
  
• If the art is sold with a character the new owner of the art now holds the rights to its personal use and the previous owner forfeits the right to use the art in any way.
• As the artist I retain the right to post the art to any of the art sites I am a member of. ( Generally these are Deviantart, Furaffinity, and Tumblr)
• The art will be at a lower resolution, watermarked, and credit given to the character owner to avoid theft.
• Please do not re-ulpoad the art to these sites, please link/re-blog my post instead.
• As the artist I also retain the commercial rights to the art.

Edits--

• You MAY NOT edit the content of the commissioned art yourself (the means no adding to it, erasing parts, changing the lines, drawing over it). 
  
• You MAY crop the art to use as an icon, or in a banner, or tile it to make a background, but proper credit must be given.
  
• If I missed something on the character or got part of the character wrong and something needs to be edited please tell me and I will edit it. 
  
• I will not edit things like the pose after the commission is finished so it is up to you to let me know poses you want/don't want before I begin the commission.
  
• I will leave a small signature on the art, DO NOT edit it off.

WIPS--

• For larger commissions I will send WIPS at the stages of sketch, lines, and flat color to get your ok before continuing to the next stage.
  
• For chibi commissions I will only send a WIP of the initial sketch IF YOU ASK ME FOR IT.
  
• PLEASE UNDERSTAND sending wips, especially on chibis, slows down the process and will make it longer before the art is finished and sent.
  
• Please respond to the WIP message with either an ok, or any edits you would like me to make.
